Eligibility for Replacement
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of purchase. Within this period, customers may request a replacement if they are dissatisfied with the item, subject to the following conditions:
Condition of the Item

- It should be in saleable condition with the original packaging intact.
- The item must not show any signs of damage, scratches, or use.
Replacement Process
- Replacements can only be made for items of equal or greater value. Any price difference for a higher-value item must be covered by the customer.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
