   • ROTAI has the option to repair or replace a defective product.
   • If replaced, the original warranty is terminated, and the replaced product becomes ROTAI's property.

   • The warranty is not transferable, and ROTAI is not liable for damages beyond the purchase price.

6. Service Process:

   • Customers may send their ROTAI product to any ROTAI Outlet during operating hours.
   • Delivery charges apply for collection/return/delivery of defective products.

Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Bank Charges and Cash on Delivery Terms

a) In the event of a purchase cancellation, refund, or return request, any associated bank transaction fees incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund amount issued to the customer.

b) For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), no additional charges will be applied for cancellations, refunds, or returns.

Refunds for Installment Plan Purchases
For purchases made through installment plans such as Tabby, Cashew, or bank installment options like Buy Now Pay Later, a 6% transaction charge will be applied to the refund amount in case of a return.
