Customer experience was very nice. Agent was very patient and answering all questions. One of the best experiences!
I surprised my dad with this chair, he uses it every day and says it helps his back pain a lot. Best gift decision I ever made!
This chair is amazing I’m really happy
best purchases I've ever made!
I have been looking for a perfect massage chair in the market for a while. I saw the Rotai kiosk at Nakheel mall and decided to purchase one for myself. Best purchase ever!.... Now, I can relax at home after a long day at work. It is also not bulky. flows seamlessly with my furniture. The only addition I would have is a backlight in the monitor and a handle in the body so you can move the chair easily.
Comfortable massage

Frequently Asked Questions
What does 2 in 1 mean on the ROTAI Ekanite Massage Chair and Sofa?
The Ekanite (model A37) works as a normal seat in your living room when you just want to sit, and as a full massage chair when you want a massage. One button also turns it into a rocking chair in any massage mode. Inside, three massage mechanisms cover the neck and shoulders, the back and waist (using a magnetic stone massage mechanism), and the hips.
What kind of foot massage does the Ekanite Massage Chair give?
It uses 3-section eccentric rollers and an enveloping legrest, and combines air pressure on the whole foot, air kneading and gripping on the heel, rolling and scraping on the sole, and spiky shiatsu across the entire sole. The leg and foot massage is independently controlled, and there are 3 dedicated foot programs.
How does the heating work on the Ekanite Massage Chair?
The Ekanite has independently controlled carbon-fibre heating pads. You can use them to warm your back, or place them on the front of your body to warm your chest and belly.
How many airbags does the Ekanite Massage Chair have?
It has 36 sets of airbags: 4 for the shoulders, 16 for the arms and hands, 8 for the legs and 8 for the feet. It also has 22 automatic programs, including 7 one-press focus programs and 3 foot programs.
What is the difference between the Ekanite and the Jimny Massage Chair?
Both have three massage mechanisms, 22 programs, a four-action foot massage and one-button rocking. The Ekanite has more airbags: 36 sets against the Jimny's 24, with 16 on the arms and hands against the Jimny's 4. The Ekanite's carbon-fibre heating pads can also be placed on the front of your body to warm the chest and belly, while the Jimny has carbon-fibre heating in the backrest.
