Rotai offers a 7-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, remote controls, wires, warranty cards, and packaging materials must be included.
- The customer must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

I recently purchased a Rotai massage chair as a birthday gift for my husband, and I am beyond happy with both the product and the service! I reached out to Sara on September 23, 2025, and she made the impossible happen arranging same-day delivery before my husband came home at 6 pm. Because of her quick support and dedication, the surprise was absolutely perfect.
The delivery team also deserves a big thank you for arriving ahead of time and handling everything so professionally. From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and very well coordinated.
As for the chair itself, the quality is excellent, (plus 10yrs.warranty) my husband is enjoying it so much. It’s definitely worth the investment. The customer service, care, and professionalism I experienced were outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort everyone put into making this special occasion unforgettable.
