7-Day Return Period
Rotai offers a 7-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, remote controls, wires, warranty cards, and packaging materials must be included.
- The customer must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

No regret buying this model. At first, very limited information was available which made me a little bit unsure to choose. After trial at Yas Mall, very impressive. The best features are stretching (really pull legs, ankles, and push up my back) and legs and foot massage. It only have 1 set of 4 rollers, but the roller's size is perfect (big and soft), I can feel a strong man squeezing my sholder. The control is a full screen touch pad, easy to use and the available functions are similar to the top Robotic model (not exactly but close). Considering the price tag, it is best option to date.
Probably the best massage chair available on the market. I ordered one first, then ordered another so we could both enjoy a massage at the same time 😍👌
I came back home and here is the new massage chair that I bought. This is one of the best brands, Rotai. There are lots of cool equipments. Here is the phone charger. Here is a manual remote of sorts. One of the strongest because I've needed more power.
Basically, what I wanted to say is that. I'm already in my pyjamas but that's not the point. This is simply the best massage chair that I have ever tried. Simply the best. I tried one massage chair for $20,000 and every other possible massage chair, including countless others. This is not an ad, no one is paying me. I'm simply sharing this amazing massage chair I found. If you want to relax at home with a massage chair that doesn't cost thousands of dollars, has an adequate price, this is the best one. Right now I'm laying back and purely relaxed. My legs are being massaged. Here is a remote. Here are loads of equipments. Here is a phone charger. This is a 4D massage chair, that's all I wanted to say. Bye.
