Why We Stand Behind ROTAI

Customers in the UAE usually ask two questions before investing in a massage chair: who actually makes it, and who will look after it in five or ten years.

ROTAI answers both. Every chair is engineered and built by the manufacturer itself, a company that has specialised in massage chairs since 1997 and, as a publicly listed company, reports its results every year. Here in the GCC we run our own headquarters, warehouses, delivery team and service technicians, with spare parts supplied directly from the factory.

ROTAI’s parent group, Rongtai Health Technology, develops, manufactures and sells massage chairs and wellness products under the ROTAI brand. It runs its own smart industrial parks, with a third manufacturing base under construction in Thailand, and has the capacity to build more than 500,000 chairs a year.

Delivery And Installation

ROTAI’s in-house delivery team operates its own branded vehicles across the UAE. Every chair is delivered, assembled, positioned and demonstrated by trained staff, with same-day or next-day delivery options available.

UAE Warehouses

Chairs, accessories and spare parts are held in ROTAI warehouses at Dubai Silicon Oasis, Arabian Center and a JDL logistics warehouse, so orders and repairs are fulfilled from local stock.

After-sales service

If a chair ever needs attention, ROTAI’s own service team takes care of it. Our trained technicians carry out maintenance and repairs at your home or at our service facility in Dubai Silicon Oasis, using genuine spare parts supplied directly by the factory that built your chair.

Spare parts are held in our UAE warehouses, so most repairs don’t wait on overseas shipping, and there is no third-party contractor between you and the manufacturer.
