I got this massage chair as a gift, and I’m truly impressed with it. The chair is extremely comfortable, the massage functions are relaxing and effective, and the overall quality is excellent. It has quickly become one of my favorite items at home!

I also want to mention the salesman, who was incredibly helpful and patient. He explained everything clearly, guided us through the options, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant.

Overall, a great experience and a product I highly recommend!

A Rotai massage chair does more than help you relax. It offers significant health benefits, such as relieving pain in the neck, back, and shoulders. Regular use.

Ordered online directly from the ratoi site , excellent service until the product reached but after sale experience not satisfactory . Very upset as I used the product once for 10 min but the product has bruised my skin at the contact points. Personally went to outlet to explain the problem and ensure they can personally see the product issue. The showroom staff said they are not responsible for online purchase, acceptable but as Ratoi staff they are supposed to take the feedback from the customer as these products are related to health and the product being used for neck which is a sensitive place. Also was in touch with the online staff but no response now, as he was the one who advised me to go to showroom even though he knows that the staff are helpless there for online purchase.
I strongly suggest not to go for this product as they have discontinued this version in the showroom (don’t know the reason for a new version if this is effective )Hopefully waiting for a positive response from the staff /company .

I recently purchased a Rotai massage chair as a birthday gift for my husband, and I am beyond happy with both the product and the service! I reached out to Sara on September 23, 2025, and she made the impossible happen arranging same-day delivery before my husband came home at 6 pm. Because of her quick support and dedication, the surprise was absolutely perfect.

The delivery team also deserves a big thank you for arriving ahead of time and handling everything so professionally. From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and very well coordinated.

As for the chair itself, the quality is excellent, (plus 10yrs.warranty) my husband is enjoying it so much. It’s definitely worth the investment. The customer service, care, and professionalism I experienced were outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort everyone put into making this special occasion unforgettable.
