I reached out to Sara on September 23, 2025, and she made the impossible happen arranging same-day delivery before my husband came home at 6 pm. Because of her quick support and dedication, the surprise was absolutely perfect.
The delivery team also deserves a big thank you for arriving ahead of time and handling everything so professionally. From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and very well coordinated.
As for the chair itself, the quality is excellent, (plus 10yrs.warranty) my husband is enjoying it so much. It’s definitely worth the investment. What kind of foot massage does the Jimny Massage Chair give?
It combines four actions: air pressure on the whole foot, air kneading and gripping on the heel, rolling and scraping on the sole, and spiky shiatsu across the sole. The leg and foot massage is independently controlled, and there are 3 dedicated foot programs.
Can the Jimny Massage Chair rock?
Yes. Pressing one button turns the Jimny into a rocking chair in any massage mode. It also has a zero-gravity position, at 126±7° between the upper body and the legs.
